Beetroot Hummus

  • 1 piece of diced beetroot grilled
  • ½ cup of boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses
  • ½  clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper



In blender put all ingredients and mix them well, and decorate with pieces of chickpeas and serve with Arabic bread.

Nutrition message: Hummus is a delicious appetizer but by adding beetroot to this dish we have added new color and benefits. Beetroot is a source of folic acid, and treatment of anemia. Beetroot can increase the level of hemoglobin in the blood quickly.
