Calories per 1 cup (240ml): 216 Kcal

Ingredients:

1 Banana, sliced

1 Cup almond milk (unsweetened)

1 Tsp cinnamon powder

3 Dates

Method:

Combine the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Serve cold and enjoy!
