2 Tablespoon Chia seeds
¾ cup yogurt –low fat
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
1 Tablespoon honey
In a small bowl or glass, mix chia seeds with ½ cup almond milk and leave it aside for an hour or refrigerate overnight. Then combine the chia seeds, the remaining almond milk, berries, honey. Blend until smooth.
