Healthy chicken nuggets

Ingredients:
250g minced chicken
2 eggs
1\2 cup bread crumbs
Olive oil, canola or vegetable oil
Spices of choice


Preparation:
Season the minced chicken with spices of your choice then mold into a desired shape.
Prepare a greased baking sheet on a tray and pre-heat your oven.
Dip the molded chicken pieces in beaten eggs to ensure full coverage then dip again in bread crumbs and place in the tray.
Place the tray inside the oven let them cook for about 15-20mins depending on your oven’s temperature.
To check if it is well-cooked, you can place a toothpick and if it comes out clean it means that they ready to serve.
The second step is using your air fryer, place the chicken nuggets pieces in the air fryer then adjust the time and the heat as it is shown on the air fryer.
